🌿A Few Notes for a Serene Stay 🌿 By completing your booking, you and your guests agree to comply with all established house rules. In addition, your reservation serves as acceptance of liability waivers by you and your guests for the use of amenities such as the hot tub and other amenities. You accept full personal responsibility for your safety and that of your guests and for any damages caused by any guest during the course of their stay. We want every guest to enjoy the comfort, relaxation, and charm of Southern Serenity. Please review the following guidelines to help us maintain a beautiful experience for all guests and our surrounding community: ✅Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. ✅ Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional cost due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. To keep our cleaning schedule on track and ensure a smooth experience for incoming guests, we ask that you request an early check-in at least 10 hours in advance of your scheduled check-in, and submit requests for a late check-out by 8:00 AM on your scheduled departure date. ⚠️ Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated late check-out fees. Based on past experience, particularly with larger groups, departures can sometimes run past the scheduled checkout time. Use at your own discretion. ❌No Parties or events. This is home is located in a residential neighborhood and is not approved as a venue space. Unapproved gatherings will result in cancellation of stay without refund. ❌ Commercial use of the property is prohibited. 🚨Noise Ordinance: It is a violation of Dekalb County noise ordinances for loud gatherings to produce sound that travels 150+ feet from the property. To respect our neighborhood, we observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM in the outdoors amenities spaces, but your group can continue to enjoy the indoor amenities during those hours. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping outdoor noise minimal during this time. Any noise complaints from neighbors may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. ✅ All trash must be securely bagged before being placed in garbage bins.

Upon arrival: 🚗 Parking: There is ample space for up to 7 vehicles in the driveway on the rear side of the property. No access to garage. 🔑Use the provided code to unlock the back door (near garage at end of driveway) or you can enter through the front door, if you prefer. 🛜Wi-Fi: You will receive access to the Wi-Fi network at the property.
